ITHACA BRANCH OF AAUW SCHOLARSHIP

This fund was established to provide college-related financial assistance to a student studying at Tompkins Cortland Community College who has an educational gap. It is supported by gifts from the Ithaca Branch of AAUW­.

Amount per award ($): Fluctuates based on Foundation Board Decision

Residential restrictions: No

Restrictions: Female student matriculated in a degree seeking program. The student must be 25 years old or older, have a gap in their educational experience, and demonstrated financial need. The award amount will be approved by the TC3 Foundation Board annually. Recipients must demonstrate a commitment to the advocacy of gender equity,  The application process includes an essay highlighting applicant’s qualifications.

Gifts of all sizes are welcome. Make scholarship check out to TC3 Research Foundation and write Ithaca Branch of AAUW Scholarship in the memo line.
